1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ULC-VM hosting platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

ULC-VM provides ultra-low-cost virtual machines. Services are provided "as-is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use our infrastructure for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Hosting malicious content, malware, or undertaking phishing attacks.
• Network abuse, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized scanning.
• Hosting copyright-infringing material.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Billing and Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay invoices on time will result in service suspension and eventual termination of data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ULC-VM be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or server downtime.

6. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and virtual machines, including applying OS updates and keeping backups of your data. ULC-VM does not automatically backup client data.
